Reference error when accessing form entries

I’m receiving a reference error when accessing gform entries from WP backend. The error is referring to itsg_gf_listnumformat_js.min.js.
Error:
ReferenceError: gform is not defined

Line Number: 1Could you please advise? Bit odd since it’s saying ‘gform’ isn’t defined.
