Refer to support page when trying to access phpmyadmin

When following the “Entere phpMyAdmin” button I am sent to the page
With the message:
Go back to Dashboard-Options page, and then click “Login” phpMyAdmin button again. If you still have problems, open ticket at Support pages, probably something breaks a normal page-load in dashboard.

At first, try to uncheck the option “Restrict IP …” on PMA dashboard page.
