[ref] shortcode not working

    I can’t get the [ref] shortcode to work. I watched the animated gif in the screenshots, and when I try to use something like the following, my page load just breaks:

    [ref id=”9702770″]

    I’ve tried changing my theme to the default, and disabling all other plugins, without any success. There are no console errors to report.

    Please advise?

    Hi there. Sorry for the late response. I rarely check this support thread (the one you should be posting to in the future is here).

    The ref shortcode has been depreciated for quite some time. I’m working on a massive update now that will be adding a host of new features (one of which is better documentation). Sit tight!
