    Good morning all,

I am building a calculation form where the results of some fields are used by other fields.

It seems to work ok in most cases except when it comes to division as, no matter what I do or how I tweak the formula, #REF! appears in the output field where the result of the division should appear.

So, I have a couple of questions:

    1. Is there a limit for the number of terms used in a formula (the formula that is not working is made of at least 10 different variables)?

    2. Is there a limit for the number of “levels” the result of a formula can be used in another one? For instance, let’s say C=A+B and F=E+F, then I consider C+F to be a “level”.

    3. Is there a particular way to use the divide sign? Can you confirm that the divide sign in a formula is actually ” / ” ?

Thanks you very much for your help.

  • Question #3 is my question, also. This plugin is so difficult to figure out, but there are apparently no other custom calculator plugins. I need to calculate WXLXH/27, with the visitor entering the first three numbers and the calculator multiplying the visitor’s numbers, then dividing by 27 and showing the result in a window, but the ‘calculate’ button doesn’t work, and #REF! is in the ‘total’ window. Any help?
