    When in “reservation or normal” and using the “user form” the client name address and email are not displayed in the email.
    Purchaser: (is blank/empty) :EMail:(is blank/empty) :Reference: RES-1652270804 (populated) Address: (is blank/empty)

    I used “in the-round” seat plan, created a show & performance and price plan, front row as normal and the budget seat as reserve only made two reservations one per zone on both orders only the Reference number is populated.

    Set up a staging server no other plugin active.

    Same issue on production site which is hosted on same server, Tested with WAF ON & OFF. (FYI: with WAF ON -i am unable to update the StageShow settings.)

  • Make sure all the necessary fields exist in the usermeta table.
    I’m talking about all the user fields that is NOT within the standard user data.
    When These are created you can select these corresponding fields in the dropdown list of the reservation fields.
    I think you can use a plug-in to add these. (I think I did it manually)
    It needs these to collect the data.
