Redux plugin failed needed for facebook pixel

    An error occurred while installing Redux Framework: Destination folder already exists. /homepages/21/d771843233/htdocs/clickandbuilds/SunDrivenSolar/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/.

    Received this error when trying to install redux framework plugin. Cannot connect facebook pixel without redux. We tried to deactivate and then re-activate it didn’t help. Then we tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin but received this error. Any help is much appreciated thank you.

    The uninstall did not fully complete properly. WordPress cannot install a plugin into an existing folder, even if it’s empty. You will have to manually delete the redux-framework folder in the wp-content/plugins directory before reinstalling.

    Where the redux-framework folder is located? I cannot seem to find the wp-content/plugins directory. @kprovance thank you for your help.
