Very good news. I found a test theme I downloaded from a site had some nasty code it in. It activated itself when your update came out at the same time and somehow linked your page to the plugin button. Everything is back to normal now. Sorry for the alarm I just thought because the update was the only change I made before your plugin started advertising itself that the Redux Framework caused the problem.

I have exactly the same problem, I can’t access https://example.com/wp-admin/plugins.php page, I’ve installed the plugin with theme I bought from themeforest, than I updated the plugin but result are the same.

Always I click on https://example.com/wp-admin/plugins.php it drives me to wp-admin/tools.php?page=redux-about!

    Any solution?

I was having the same problem but with the themes.php link. Every time I click on it, I get redirected to wp-admin/tools.php?page=redux-about.

If you are Googling around like me and ended up here, I have found the solution. Clear your browser cache.

    BR,
    Abdullah
