    I understand that you are having difficulty processing a refund for an order in WooCommerce.

    First, ensure that your payment gateway supports refunds. Some payment gateways may require additional configuration or settings to enable refunds. You can check your payment gateway’s documentation or contact their support team for more information on enabling refunds.

    I am not familiar with the language used, hence, I cannot verify which payment gateway was used for this order via the Order Notes section.

    Meanwhile, can you please try to input the quantity to be refunded on the textboxes I pointed on the screenshot below and see if this works?
