reduction on paying cash

    i have two questions/scenarios

    1. how to give customer reduction (e.g. -10%) if he pays cash? i have tried (-10) but then it calculates 0 euro.

    2. if a user choose the shipping method pick up in our then he should see only the payment option cash on pickup

    is there a way to do this? and if how? ??
