Reducing padding/margins around the content area

Hi.

I wish to make changes to the boxed content area – less padding between the header and the content, and less padding on the left and right, but have not been able to figure out which styling will achieve that. See the attached image for what I mean.

Can someone tell me which css to edit to achieve this?
