Reduced by 0 (0 saved) & An error occured when contacting webservice

  • When i manually optimize single image from Media Library, it shows Reduced by 0 (0 saved).

    When i try to OPTIMIZE UNSMUSHED PICTURES or bulk image optimize, its running as usual and the loading bar is progressing but in the end it says An error occured when contacting webservice. Please try again later.

    Hi @resmushit it’s been about a month and the issue is now resolved, and it was mainly caused by an error on your service since other users also reported that the SSL certificate on resmushit’s server was expired.
