    @deepsky1d first, my sincere apologies for not getting back to you sooner, but better now than never.

    While Asset CleanUp (Pro) can’t help you remove 100% of all the unused CSS, it could help you remove it for sure. First, you have to unload whole CSS files that aren’t needed and the combined CSS (such as the file that you mentioned) will be eventually smaller.

    As for the render blocking part, that’s not a plugin issue, but the way that file is loaded. Please read this post to understand how this works (it was written especially to explain about the reder blocking): https://www.assetcleanup.com/docs/can-the-plugin-load-render-blocking-css/
