You can go to WPClever >> Added to Cart Notification and set up the timer to your preferences: https://prnt.sc/eLbwoH8s0tH2. The number specified is the duration for the popup to stay in milisecond.

Yes, you asked for the popup settings so I didn’t mention this. FYI, the Notiny style is a simple style and there are many settings unavailable and can’t be applied to it.

If you would like to change the display duration, you should change it to the Popup style.
