Reduce Space under the menu

Go to Appearance > Customize and add the following code to the Custom CSS box

.row-fluid .span9 {
max-height: 110px;
}

Change the max-height value as per your preference. Also note that setting max-height is OK for your current menu. In future if you add more menu items you have to increase this value to display those extra items.
