Reduce refresh time of RSS Plugin

  • Hello!

    I have Worpress 2.8, and I put the RSS Plugin in my sidebar. I want to reduce the time of refresh of that RSS Plugin, because it takes a long time to do it. For example:

    1) I put a new post in the blog at 13.25 h.
    2) RSS refresh at 13.30 h with that new post.
    3) RSS Plugin refresh at 18.00 h.

    It takes hours! I want to change that. I suppose I’ll have something in the source code, what is it? I hope you can help me. Thanks you!
