Reduce inputs and outputs when saving

Hello,

I am contacting you, because when I create backups for a few weeks it uses all of my inputs and outputs from my server being set at 5Mb / s. I would like to know how to limit this use to avoid crashing the server which can happen in some cases.

In the same way for the use of the physical memory how to reduce it when a backup is in progress so as not to reflect the site live?

For information I use the Pro version of Duplicator and export the backups to Google Drive.
