Reduce initial server response time

    I am using SG Optimizer plugin. when I am trying to increase the page test, I am getting the below errors. How can I resolve those by using this plugin. If not please suggest me which plugins I can install in addition to this SG Optimizer plugin.

    -> Reduce initial server response time
    -> Reduce unused JavaScript
    -> Reduce unused CSS
