• Ever since upgrading to 3.0.1 I’ve suddenly got lots more html buttons above the add/edit posts and pages fields. None of which I want or need.

They include buttons for fractions, learn more, digg, slider, and many, many more (5 lines of them). I can’t find anyway of deleting them.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks,

Not all of those sound like core WordPress editor buttons. Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

Thanks James, I tried that but it made no difference. The buttons are still there without any plug-ins activated.

I’ve got quite a few WP sites, and it seems to have happened with most of them. Very strange.
