Reduce height of header in EzyReader theme

I just switched the theme of my site due to some glitches with the previous theme. Now, I’m trying to reduce the height of the header in the new them (EzyReader) – my site url is https://www.parentingaces.com – I want to make the white space containing the logo shorter. I’m NOT a coder so please be extremely specific with any advice – I appreciate it so much!!!! Thank you!
