Reduce font size of 'Leave a Reply' & 'One thought on "Post title"

    Try adding this to child theme style.css file

    #respond h3#reply-title {
    font-size: 18px;
}

.comments-title {
    font-size: 18px;
}

    Use whatever value you want. 18px or anything else you want.
