reduce entry summary

hey there =)
is it possible to exclude some parts of my posts from being shown in the entry summary on the archive page? e.g. by putting them in <div></div> tags?
this is one of my archive pages: https://green.pc-web.eu/category/projektpartner/
and for example for the post titled “JanRich” I don’t want the part “Produkte: Luftballons” to show in the entry summaryany ideas?

You can use the More Tag in the post right where you want the text to end on your category view:
