REDIS object cache slowing down woocommerce product edits

    Hi,

    i’m using redis object cache on many websites on my server. But i’m having an issue with 1 particular website, when I enable redis object cache, and then try to edit woocommerce products – It’s taking a really long time to load a product edit page over 25 secs. When I turn it off, it takes about 5 secs (as shown in query monitor)

    Other sites do not have this issue.
    What could be the cause?
    I do have caching admin requests off, also tried with on as well.

    I think I need to exclude some additional cache group for redis object cache, but no idea which one or how to diagnose it.

    Hello @donlee101

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing with Redis OC and I am happy to assist you with this.
    Have you checked the console while trying to edit the product and see what may be causing the extensive loading?
    Can you also please share your website URL?
    Please make sure to purge the Object Cache and restart the Redis server.
