Hi, I’ve installed your plugin, but doesn’t work!

I’ve this error: Redis is unreachable:?Error while reading line from the server. [tcp://127.0.0.1:6379]

I contacted hosting support and they confirmed that redis is active, and they don’t block any communication.

How can I solve? I read also your installation guide…
