Redis disabled from dropdown

Hi,

I want to use AWS elastiCache Redis with w3 total cache plugin rather than installing Redis in my dedicated server. But I cannot select the Redis option itself in any dropdown in the general settings to use AWS elastiCache Redis.

Kindly help me how to enable the Redis option and use AWS elastiCache Redis endpoint in it.

Please check the guide Amazon ElastiCache for Redis. Pnce set up, you can choose Redis as a caching method in W3 Total Cache.

I have AWS elastiCache Redis setup already. Only thing I want to know is how to enable the Redis option in w3 total cache plugin so that I can configure AWS elastiCache Redis endpoint in it.

I am also stuck with this. I have a redis instance on elasticache which has an external url and W3TC is not detecting the same.

I belive I need to specify the URL someplace for W3TC to find the specific installation, but unable to find out where.

Please help
