Redis connect failed

    I am new to Pantheon platform and installed WP Redis plugin and added the required object-cache.php file to my dev environment. All my statuses are green but I am getting a warning: Redis::connect connect failed. Connection timed out.

    I am also new to using Redis, so how would I go about fixing issue? I am running WP 5.0.1 and PHP 7.2 any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
