Redis Cache + Nginx Helper Problem

Hello, we use the easyengine Redis Cache + Nginx Helper plugins. In the wp-admin field, we get the error “you do not have permission to access this page”. With ee clean –redis, we can provide access when we clear the redis. Otherwise, the cache does not update and we need to do the same operation again. How can we fix it? Thank you for your help.
