  • As I am seeing from your source code, I believe you have installed a plugin to change WordPress login, registration and forgot password pages according to your current theme: Theme My Login plugin. Try disabling it and see if it helps.

    If you can’t log in to your wordpress, log into cpanel
    Go to file manager
    Select your domain
    Go wp-content
    Select plugins
    Look for any log in plug in and delete it from cpanel.
    Refresh the page.
    Now visit your site, try to login.
