Redirects to Paypal Incorrectly

    I’m sorry, but this is not the default EME behavior. In standard EME you’re first redirected to a summary payment page where you need to click the paypal button. In your case this doesn’t happen, I assume because of some extra javascript/jquery code added.
    First disable that and see what happens with regular behavior.

    Well … disable the extra code added, I can’t know where this is added.
    I’d say check either in your function.php for something that does this; or in the EME settings, tab “Other”, setting “Extra html header” (or footer)
