    Can you explain how you set up https://www.site1.com in your webserver account?

    Hello Ron, thank you for your reply, but I’ve managed to fix my issue. The set up in the MU plugin was ok. I’ve messed the with the DNS while creating Alias Domains. It seems, I’ve got the check box (Redirect with the HTTP 301 code) checked, which was redirecting me back to my main site, not the mapped domain. Everything is working fine now and I marked this issue as resolved, cheers!
