Redirects stopped working after moving servers

Hello, i recently moved servers (domain name remained the same) and all my custom redirects stopped working. They no longer appear with the wp-admin > SEO Redirection > Custom Redirects Tab

They are all still contained within the database. I tried disabling then re-enabling the plugin which didn’t help.
