Redirects stopped working

There’s some strange things going on.

I got redirections running on several sites. Some days ago it seemed to have stopped working on some of them.

Whatever redirection I enter I get 404s back. I also see this 404s in the plugin and they exactly match the redirection. I already cleared caches and other stuff but no changes. Any idea what may be going on?

I also reinstalled the plugins, created new redirection from 404s but still no changes.
