Redirects or Alternate Spelling

Perhaps I am missing a setting for this but is there a way for alternate spelling to display results in the search box? I setup a redirect, which works great however before a user clicks enter they would have no idea where the redirect is going to take them b/c that product isn’t displaying in the search suggestion.

Here is my example. We have a product called “P.S.P.” that does not show in the search if a user types “psp.”
