Redirects only working for https links (But everything works when logged in)

Hi. I’ve set up redirects but they only work when logged in. When logged out only the https ones are working. The client’s site doesn’t seem to have any caching (at least at the admin level.) Any ideas why this would be happening? (Unless maybe it is caching.)

Should redirect to: https://www.capitalautoauction.com/inventory/auction-calendar/
