Redirects on a new tab instead of same tab

Under Behaviour > Submission Behaviour the setting is on for ‘Redirect user to a URL’ with ‘Redirect on the same tab’.

But when I submit the form it opens up a new tab.

For Redirect URL I have entered:

https://www.mydomain.com/quote-request-thank-you/
