Redirects not working – please advise

We have tried to recreate the issue but it’s working properly on our end.

Could you please share how exactly you are creating the links ?
So that we can understand and assist accordingly.

I would recommend you use our BetterLinks plugin which has all the Simple 301 Redirects by BetterLinks features and so much more.

Thanks for the reply and demo – something is wrong here on my end and makes no sense. I made 50+ redirects and assumed they would work, but now I see pages are not redirecting. I’ve confirmed this in different browsers and devices. Before doing these again with another plugin – I want you to see my screenshot – attached – but everything looks ok.

Thanks for the updated screenshot , However we are unable to identify the issue based on the screenshot since it doesn’t show the source URL and the process of creating the link.

If your request (source link) is- https://www.cuyamungueinstitute.com/laura-lee/elkington.htm

Then Put only ” /laura-lee/elkington.htm ” in the request filed.

I would suggest you follow the steps in this video here: https://d.pr/v/ocFgcl

And when creating the link please record the steps and share the video so that we can understand the issue and assist accordingly.

yes – fixed it… This solution wasn’t obvious in my original post?

Then Put only ” /laura-lee/elkington.htm ” in the request filed.

I showed what I was doing and it was wrong, but we spent all this back and forth . . . when all I needed to see was this?
