Redirects not working anymore..

I’ve got many urls with this structure:
Request
https://mywebsite.com/reservation.php?hotel=thehotel+traditional+houseDestination
https://mywebsite.comTime ago it was working, but now redirects to a 404 error page.
The strange part is that the other redirects are functional.
For example:Request
https://mywebsite.com/reservation.php?Destination
https://mywebsite.comI guess it has something to do with query string…
Any ideas how to resolve this issue please?
