Redirects Not Working

Curious, if you try to delete the last character of your source url does it actually delete the last visible char or a hidden char?

I’ve checked the urls. None of them have extra characters or spaces after the end of the url.

Interestingly, I’m just seeing that all of Target urls are files that I have uploaded to the server. Almost all of them are pdf documents that have a .pdf extension.

Still could use some help here. Thanks!
