Redirects from directory to subdomain

I need help in figuring out why my /directory is not redirecting to a subdomain.
https://www.fc.com/m/tc (the 404 URL) – is not redirecting to https://www.nm.fl.comAfter recrawling, none of the /m (/directory) links are redirecting to https://www.nm.fl.com
Please help!
