Redirects Contact page to /blank

Been using this excellent plugin without any issues but something is buggy. On my site https://thedevcouple.com/contact/ when I visited this contact page (gravity forms) this plugin causes the page to be redirected once loaded to https://thedevcouple.com/contact/blank for some reason.
I have since disabled it. Send help!
