    Hi Denise,
and thank you for writing in!

The only redirect made by the plugin is the second one: from https://refaccionesgraficasdelnorte.com/rgn/?action=yith-woocompare-add-product&id=56122 to https://refaccionesgraficasdelnorte.com/rgn/ (this to remove the query vars after adding the product to the compare table).
The other ones probably depend by your site configuration. For example, the site URL seems to be https://refaccionesgraficasdelnorte.com/rgn/, but the real site home page is https://refaccionesgraficasdelnorte.com (so, without “rgn“).

    Please could you verify that?

However the “add-to-compare” behavior is executed in AJAX, so those redirects should not take place, unless you are directly opening that URL, by copying and pasting that into the browser address.

    Thanks for your response Leanza!

    I’m still a little confused.
If I understood correctly, this redirects are needed for the plugin to work.
So, why the SEO audit will show them as “errors”?

This url (refacciones graficasdelnorte.com/rgn) is the wordpress address.
This website was migrated to wordpress and it was decided to use this folder instead of the root domain.
Is this creating an issue with the plugin?

    Thanks again for your help!

    Hi there,
then the folder could be causing this problem. Is there a particular reason why you have chosen to do this?

    Hi @askmagic,
Not really, it might have not been the best option. ??
It was just done to separate the old site on the public root, from the new WordPress site.

Is there a way to fix the way that the plugin does the redirections to avoid the chain?
Or will ir require for me to mess with rearrange my site folders?

    Thanks for your kind help!

    Hi there,
I think you should contact SEMRush to ask why those redirects are considered an issue, reporting them that our plugin make only the one wrote by my colleague Francesco Leanza.
That redirect can’t generate a problem, none of our customers reported any issue about that.
    We remain at your disposal.
