Dear Webtoffee,

We just released our website and integrated your paypal plugin, It works great! But we have a slight issue.

Allot of our customers come through Instagram, when they open the website within Instagram an embeded browser is opened.
They can pay succesfully with paypal account, or credit/debit cards (since it never leaves the page).

But all the other options they can’t, I will take for example Ideal.
When they wanna pay with ideal the mobile app is opened, after succesfully paying it opens the standard browser of the phone -> not instagram embeded.
The order will be made with order status “pending payment”, the customer paid and i didn’t receive any funds on my paypal.
After a few days there will be a refund by paypal to the cutomers since the transaction couldn’t land.
I find a “solution”, after they paid with the mobile app and the mobile standard browser is opened, they need to go back to instagram and go a page back.
The site recognizes a payment was made and the paypal money will be transfered on that point (only when you go a page back), order status will become “processing”.

It’s not only with instagram, but also if you use a secundaire non standard browser on your phone.

For now I just disabled everything expect paypal and credit/debit, we wish we could use all the methods you provide in this great plugin!
