    We have an annoying problem that we can’t fix. Sometimes users are not redirected to the thank you page after purchase, but to the checkout page. They immediately click the buy button again and we get a lot of duplicate orders. Also, the status is not changed to completed. This happens with about 10% or Amazon Pay orders. It is very difficult to troubleshoot. We can’t track the user data because they are not logged into WordPress. Sometimes we see an error for a split second. It’s like “your session has expired” or something like that. It disappears so fast that we can’t take a screenshot of it. The log files don’t provide any useful information as far as I can see. We’re using version 1.11.0, and the latest version doesn’t work at all. The progress bar is spinning forever. This problem has already been posted here.

    Hope you are soing well!

    There was an Issue with WPML plugins that was similar to this one. Was related to the translation of the Thank You page. If you are using it you may need check first that.

    if not, try to check the following link conflict test could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.

    Hi again,

    we checked the process using Hotjar and found out that the redirect fails, if the order gets the status “pending”. This is probably not an issue with the plugin. Unfortunately, we have no idea how redirect ALL orders to the Thank You page.

    have you done the Conflict test. You can find is some plugin or theme is conflicting.
