Redirections Still Not Work

  • GOOD PLUGIN, BAD SUPPORT.

    The Plugin itself is very good, so I bought the Pro version.
    Unfortunately, the documentation is not as rich. Redirections do not work (I tried in various ways), I wrote to support in my account, but no answer after 15 days, as if the developer did not care about paying customers.
    I don’t think I’ll renew my subscription.

    UPDATE: Finally the author has found a bug and he wrote me he’s working to fix and release an update soon. ??

    UPDATE 2: The author has fixed the bug and patched my website. The fix will be released in the next version. I’m totally satisfied. ??

    UPDATE 3: I don’t know how the author has patched my website. I had some redirection links and I tried a couple of them and they worked. But after importing all my redirections by using a CSV file, they don’t work. I’ve reopened my previous ticket on my SEOpress Pro Account 17 days ago, but no answer yet.
    OK, the Plugin is very good and it’s growing fast, so there are many support questions and tickets, but this is not a reason for not answering a support ticket on a Pro Account.

    UPDATE 4: After lots of plugin updates Redirection feature still not work. I really can’t understand why the developer did not fix it.

    CONCLUSIONS: If you are looking for a simple plugin, SEOpress is OK, but its support is poor in my experience.

    OK, probably the plugin is so good that it is spreading quickly and the developer can not respond quickly to support requests.
    I wish to SEOpress long life and I hope it sells a lot, so the support improves for everyone.

    I’ve update my rating to 4 stars and will give 5 stars after the issue is solved.
