Redirection with URL query parameters not working

Hi,
A couple of years ago we implemented a form with your plugin that have a redirection with a URL query parameter.
This stopped working at some point and now the form brings us to a URL like https://www.domain.com/downloads-notification/?%5Bpage-id%5D instead of https://www.domain.com/downloads-notification/?xxx.These are the settings we’re using:

I also tried to do the same with a text field and it happen the same, just to be sure it was not related to dynamic text extension.Thanks
