    Hello,

    we’ve activated PayPal and inserted live client ID and live secret ID. Payment method comes up.

    When we click on checkout button the message for redirecting to Paypal comes up and it just keeps loading but it doesn’t redirect to Paypal for further payment. Order is saved in Woocommerce orders table, but redirect doesn’t happen.

    Can you please help out?

    Besides that, every once in a while we get “Forbidden” message and can’t go on with Paypal. Then we can select it again, then again forbidden.

    We are using Avada theme. We tried the default WC theme, the result is the same.

    did you try to deactivate all plugins too? Maybe there might be a conflict with another one.

    Yes, it didn’t happen. Now we see access forbidden message. App is created on Paypal and active, keys are inserted. I don’t see anything that could be wrong there.

    please try to contact the PayPal Plus merchant support. All when will be shown in the iframe comes directly from PayPal. Please try to deactivate all plugins and switch to the storefront theme to be sure the message belongs to PayPal

    Already tried what you are suggesting. We simply switched to different plugin, since this one didn’t work for us.
