Redirection Stopped Working

I have a multisite network, and each subsite is for employees to login and access a different company’s financial reports. As such, I force a login using the Force Login plugin, and then disallow dashboard access. In other words, they need a password to see the frontend of the site, and they don’t need to access the dashboard at all.

It was working fine, but recently this plugin stopped redirecting all dashboard requests back to the frontend, as I intended. When they try to access mydomain.com/wp-admin or mydomain.com/wp-admin/profile.php or whatever, they get an access denied error instead of an automatic redirection back to mydomain.com. I do have the redirect URL entered on the Settings page. Any ideas?
