Redirection Query

Just would like to find out will this plugin work, redirecting to a new domain url as the following.

so: olddomain.com > newdomain.com (setup on old domain)

Then one would use the mentioned redirection plugin on the new domain website and create individual redirects for example olddomain.com/?page_id=323 > newdomain.com/home

Would that work? thanks very much
