    Hello, I have set up the plugin and made some test orders, but the only thank you page I see is the default one. After confirming order information the dude is redirected to the third-party payment service page. In the payment service settings there is a page to redirect him if the payment is succesful. And I set it to default …/checkout/order-received/ It just tells the default “Thank you. Your order is recieved.”
    I guess that’s really not how it works. It’s a simple link and it should not send any details in POST request or smth. Is there a way to make the plugin work in my case then?

    Hello @pigbenis

    Please make sure you are using the default WooCommerce Thank you page. Send us the URL of the website you have this problem.

    @pigbenis,

    I am afraid it is because you are using the other third party plugin. Please try to test with only WooCommerce and this plugin, and check whether the problem persists?

    Hello again! I’ve tried to turn off my payment-service plugin and your plugin works without it and that’s fine. But how do I get payment for my orders then? I mean the dude is supposed to: place an order > confirm it and get redirection to the payment-service page > complete the payment > being redirected to a thank you page. Is there a way to make your plugin work with payment? Or it is supposed to work only without it? Can you advice smth?

    Hi @andrescarvajal

    When checkout with ‘PayU Latam’, our plugin has been conflicted the callback link part. We can not detect which plugin has changed or overridden the link in the received checkout page. But the point that it is not the default of WooCommerce. These 2 links are different.

    Best regards
