Redirection Plugin Not Redirecting

Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

Can you show a screenshot of the redirect settings? Are you running other plugins that may interfere with the redirect?

Any plugin, I don’t know. Your redirect appears correct and really the only reason it wouldn’t work is if something else on your site is stopping it, or changing it in some way.

Deactivated all plugins except the Redirection plugin. Still, the redirection is not working.

All my redirections are working well, except this one.

Ok, so what is different about that URL on your site? Is it handled somewhere else? Maybe in your .htaccess file or theme? If other redirects work then the problem is almost certainly specific to your site.
