• I’m transitioning a client’s e-Commerce site from static .asp pages on IIS servers to WordPress. The client, however, is reluctant to change web hosts. The host support has been reasonably cooperative, and can host WP, but I fear that redirection will be an issue because of htaccess.

Additionally, the site structure is considerably altered from the current static site, and I kinda dread the thought of redirecting each old page to new URLs. (The most relevant plugins we’re using are WP e-commerce plugin, Gold Cart plugin and WP SEO by Yoast).

I’m hoping this 404 Redirection plugin can manage the task, and would greatly appreciate any advice you might have to offer ahead of time.

    Thank you.
